Service Agreements
All services provided by Fan2See Productions LLC are subject to a written service agreement. No event date is held without a signed agreement and required deposit. Verbal commitments do not constitute a contract.
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The balance due is outlined in your service agreement. Fan2See Productions reserves the right to require payment in full prior to event day for new clients or large productions.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date may result in additional fees as specified in the agreement.
Liability
Fan2See Productions is not liable for events beyond our control including weather events, venue failures, or circumstances constituting force majeure. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for our services.
Equipment
Equipment provided by Fan2See Productions remains the property of Fan2See Productions LLC. Clients are responsible for equipment damage caused by event guests or venue staff beyond normal use.
